Insólito!

O insólito acontece quando um tribunal superior condena um órgão de informação por escrever notícias verdadeiras sobre um clube de futebol. Foi o que aconteceu hoje com o jornal Público, o qual foi condenado pelo Supremo Tribunal a pagar uma indemnização de 75.000 Euros ao Sporting Clube de Portugal por, em 2001, ter publicado que o referido clube devia ao Estado 460 mil contos.

O tribunal admitiu que a notícia era verdadeira mas alegou que clube foi lesado na sua boa reputação.

Desculpem, fico sem saber se é para rir ou para chorar!

Conforme comentários de um jurista, é de ficar a pensar se a verdade já não pode ser denunciada. E todos os dias, ouvimos, quem do alto do seu maço de notas, profere ameaças de processos em tribunal por ser atacado nas maledicências que comete para com o bem público.

Os Gato Fedorento estão sob ameaça da extrema-direita por causa de cartaz

Os quatro humoristas dos Gato Fedorento estão a ser alvo de ameaças por elementos da extrema-direita por causa do outdoor que colocaram na praça Marquês de Pombal, em Lisboa, onde se insurgem contra a mensagem xenófoba do cartaz do Partido Nacional Renovador (PNR), que está instalado bem ao lado.

As ameaças estão a ser difundidas na Internet, no Fórum Nacionalista (um agrupamento internacional defensor da raça branca) e nalguns casos os seus autores, que se escondem atrás de nicknames, dizem-se dispostos a agredir fisicamente qualquer dos humoristas Ricardo Araújo Pereira, Tiago Dores, Miguel Góis e José Diogo Quintela.

"Para os felicitar creio que terei de fazer um destes dias uma visita à hora de saída do colégio (...), onde um destes burgueses esquerdistas tem os seus filhos a estudar e assim parabenizá-lo pessoalmente pelo brilhante cartaz", escreve no fórum um nacionalista que se assume como "Nuno NS", da Costa da Caparica. O colégio aí citado é frequentado pela filha de Ricardo Araújo Pereira.
